**What You’ll Do**:
- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
- **Accounts Payable**: Process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- **Payroll Preparation**: Collect and verify payroll information to support accurate payroll runs.
- **Administrative Support**: Step in as needed to assist with general office duties, ensuring seamless operations during holidays or busy periods.
**What We’re Looking For**:
**Qualifications**:
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Excel.
