**Looking for a new opportunity working in a fast paced Property Management company,**
**We are looking for an experienced Receptionist / Receivable Clerk to undertake and perform various clerical tasks and abilities in a very busy office.**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Answer phones in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.
- Data entry along with file and record keeping skills
- Customer Service, collecting rents, creating work orders
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word and MS Outlook.
- Strong skills using Excel Spreadsheets
- Ability to multitask, and have strong organizational skills
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years experience working in an office environment
- Must be bondable
