We have built connections with key opinion leaders who are already using the Globe System and are helping to tell our story.
**What you’ll be doing**
This role will support all People Services functions including talent acquisition, reporting, onboarding/offboarding, communication, employee records maintenance (checklists, programs, systems, etc.), and employee engagement initiatives.
Your responsibilities will be to:

- Provide HR operational support and coordination including reporting, engagement, recruitment, employee performance, etc.
- Partner with appropriate stakeholders to assist in executing programs and initiatives
- Support systems and programs such as the HRIS, ATS, and benefits programs
- Oversee new employee onboarding, conduct orientation, as well as the offboarding process
- Build and manage the tenure (length of service) awards program
- Be a key player in the development and coordination of our campus program
- Active member in the Social Committee

You are suited to our approach and possess these attributes:

- Minimum of 2 years of HR related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field
- Experience with previous HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Must be efficient and detailed-oriented with strong time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with an understanding of confidentiality and strong listening skills
