Gibson's Cleaners has provided dry cleaning and laundry services to the Greater Toronto Area for over 90 years. We're looking for an energetic leader to manage and lead our team of client service reprentatives.

**Leadership and People Management**
- Create a respectful and inclusive team environment
- Build a strong team that includes team members with various experiences, backgrounds, and skillsets to drive store operations.
- Work in conjunction with Human Resources to manage the store's hiring processes
- Support ongoing training and learning of all store team members consistently and equitably by providing direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and career path guidance, and addressing performance concerns.
- Conduct annual peer evaluations to celebrate success and provide opportunities to grow
- Plan and prepare team member schedules according to labour requirements, availability, and budget considerations.
- Address all employee relations issues, including knowing when to bring in management

**Client Experience**
- Support team members (e.g., leading by example/providing training) to ensure a great cliet experience, providing information about Gibson's aftercare services, supporting with pick-ups and drop offs, and filing and organizing the store's orders
- Move dynamically on the floor to assess and fulfill the clients and team
- Address emergent client issues and escalate to management as needed

**Operations**
- Plan store coverage and scheduling needs for all three Gibson's locations.
- Ensure store and processes adhere to Gibson's health and safety policy
- Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

**Job Requirements**

**Eligibility**
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a license
- Must have at least 1 year of managing a team of people

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (required)
