**Job Description**:
This is an interview position. GENERAL SUMMARY Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of innovative and replicable solutions in support of FedEx Canada’s strategic initiatives. Demonstrates organizationally recognized competency in all areas of project development including; opportunity identification and assessment, building and designing a solution, quantification and justification of benefits, launching the most feasible solution and evaluating the metrics of success. Independently works closely with FedEx executives in developing strategies to drive core transportation revenue and operational excellence.

- _
Bachelor's degree
- Quantitative discipline _
- _Master's Degree (preferred) _
- _Project Management Institute Certified (PMI)_
- _ 5 years Experience in Project Management, Business Planning, Procedures Analysis and Systems Design._
- _ Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Skills_
