**Your Role**:As the Director of Construction, you will be the cornerstone of our client's construction department, driving strategic direction and overseeing the successful execution of complex projects from inception to completion. This role demands a visionary leader who excels in managing large-scale projects while fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Leadership and Execution**:Direct all phases of construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Strategic Direction and Innovation**:Collaborate with the leadership team to implement innovative construction strategies that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and project outcomes.
- **Team Development**:Build and lead a high-performing construction team through mentorship, training, and leadership.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.
- **Quality Control and Safety**:Implement comprehensive quality control and safety programs, adhering to all regulatory standards and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in construction management, preferably in modular construction.
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale construction projects with a track record of successful delivery.
- Deep understanding of construction laws, regulations, and building codes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
- Experience working with Indigenous communities is highly regarded.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
