**Skip Rewards **is the only points-based loyalty program in the food delivery space, rewarding customers for doing what they love: ordering food delivery to their comfort homes. With no monthly subscription fees or sign up costs, all users earn points on each and every order from over 27,000 of our partners on the network. With our launch in October 2020, this program aims to continually evolve our offerings and elevate the customer experience.

**We are on a transformational journey** to continue to expand and engage our customers through the natural program evolution. We are in search of a self-driven, detail-oriented and collaborative individual to help manage the intricacies of the day-to-day marketing undertakings of the program.

**The Marketing Lead **will be responsible for liaising across various internal cross-functional stakeholders to ensure

that the program strategy is being executed in an effective and timely manner. Given the high visibility of this project, we require an individual who possesses a high degree of maturity and professionalism, in addition to strong written and oral skills, project management skills, an ability to multi-task and navigate through key owners and a keen eye for detail.

**What's On Your Plate**:

- Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns in support of the Skip Rewards marketing strategy
- Manage implementation, monitoring, testing, optimization, and experimentation across channels to meet campaign goals
- Work with Marketing Analytics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of in-market programs and provide stop, start, and continue recommendations.
- Liaise across various cross-functional teams that include but are not limited to eCRM, Product and Restaurant Marketing to execute on bonus plan testing and evergreen components of the program
- Work closely with our eCRM and Product Teams to ensure executional excellence around new product offering launches
- Seek out approvals for cross-functional stakeholder alignment on key elements of the program
- Lead the charge on building out resources to templatize and drive efficiencies within program
- Work closely with Marketing Manager, Rewards to build out program reporting and program spotlighting communications

**Recipe For Success**:

- A mid-level marketing professional with at least 3 years of experience under their belt, and a proven track record of exceptional campaign excellence
- Creative and strategic - with a proven ability to solve undefined problems and think outside the box to deliver on strategic outcomes with limited resources
- An analytical, big picture, and strategic thinker focused on results who demonstrates the ability to work based on a variety of KPI metrics. Comfort and confidence with numeracy are critical.
- Ability to work autonomously with goal/objective-set direction and own multiple projects simultaneously with varied timelines
- A critical thinker who can craft solutions for both the short and long-term vision
- Strong with communicating internally within various functions and can get teams aligned on path forwards
- Positive, ‘can do' attitude, with a history of anticipating problems and proactively finding solutions
