**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements.
- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each vehicle.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to prospective buyers.
- Assist customers in selecting and customizing their vehicles, including options, accessories, and financing options.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and closing deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitor offerings to deliver informed recommendations to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Uphold our dealership's reputation for exceptional customer service and professionalism.

- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for cars.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Able to work Saturdays
- A valid driver's license

**Salary**: $37,645.37-$128,316.60 per year
