Visually inspecting new products arriving at the store
- Coordinating sublets in an efficient manner
- Sourcing and ordering parts, returning unused parts, returning cores, and keeping on-hand parts well organized
- Opening and administrating a small number of warranty claims with third-party automotive insurers, and camper trailer manufacturers
- Acting as the central point of communication between sales department and technicians preparing product for sale
- Opening service orders for internal work, prioritizing SO's, and ensuring work is completed to company standards on time
- Closing service order's with correct labour and parts charges
- Quality control of reconditioning / detail department, final set of eyes on all products being marketed for sale
- Personnel management
- Keeping a tidy, organized and generally well-run shop and service department
**About Us**

We are one of the largest pre-owned automotive retailers in Prairie Canada, as well as a multi-brand new & used retailer of camper trailers. With more than a hundred products coming and going each month, and several hundred in inventory at any given time, this is a very busy high-producing store. Predominately the service department is at capacity preparing product for sale, very little retail service work is performed at this time. Locally-owned and operated, we are a close-knit bunch with great attitudes and a passion for automotive (**drama is not welcome here**). Customers have recognized Auto Show for its unique selection of vehicles (exotics, modified trucks, diesels, luxury lines, sports cars), as well as their obsessive focus on delivering the best product and experience to their clients.
