**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in agriculture sales or territory management
- Strong understanding of account management principles with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong understanding of agronomy and agriculture production methods.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, fostering teamwork and collaboration within the sales team.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Condie Genetics builds on over 25 years of experience in the Pedigreed Seed industry. We are active in production, processing, retail and licensing the best seed genetics in southern Saskatchewan and Alberta. This unique opportunity will be awarded tot he applicant who shows the ambition to compete, build and grow.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
