IT Project Manager

We are seeking an **IT Project Manager** to join our Technology Service Delivery team.
Reporting to the Manager, Technology Service Delivery, you will be responsible for delivering project management services in support of E-Comm and our service partners, as well as leading project teams through complex technology-based projects from development to close.
A service and customer-first mindset is essential in this role, as you will be working closely with our public sector service partners. The ability to lead multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity, as well as manage various stakeholder relationships, will be critical to your success.

**What you will need**:

- Either a bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science, engineering or business with a technology focus plus considerable related experience; or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience leading technology projects of varying size and complexity
- Knowledge and experience with omni channel communication platforms or contact centre technology platforms (i.e. IVRs, telephony, reporting/analysis, recording, knowledge base and CRM systems) would be considered an asset
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, or similar organization considered an asset
- Certificate in ITIL or similar service delivery framework preferred

**Security Requirements**:
As a condition of employment at E-Comm, the required Police Security Clearance applicable to the position must be acquired and maintained. This is a process carried out by our law enforcement partner agencies, facilitated by E-Comm. The minimum residency in Canada to qualify for this position, as established by our law enforcement partner agencies, is roughly 3 to 5 years.
