Perform maintenance and housekeeping tasks.

Maintain the facility in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.

**Tasks**:

- Clean all common areas by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing.
- Empty and sanitize trash containers in common use areas.
- Put out garbage bins for weekly pick up.
- Clean all entryway and lobby glass, doors and furniture; vacuum and mop entryway floor as needed.
- Perform miscellaneous light repairs, e.g. plunging toilets.
- Maintain a team approach toward all staff.
- Perform and assist in other assignments as needed.
- On occasion clean apartments.

Position Contacts: Establish positive relationships with the resident's and build confidence through services performed.

Working Conditions:

- Exposure to chemicals and cleaning solvents.
- Move furniture for cleaning and activities.
- Work within multiple work environments.
- Work among tenants, family members, visitors, and staff in a variety of situations.

Qualifications: Ability to meet physical requirements of position.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
