Under the supervision of the general manager, the housekeeping manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all cleaning and maintenance operations of our hotel, as well as coordinating the cleaning team to ensure the highest cleanliness standards are maintained. They will also be responsible for developing housekeeping policies and procedures and ensuring the hotel complies with all hygiene and safety regulations.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Supervise all housekeeping operations, including cleaning of rooms, hallways, public spaces, restaurants, bathrooms, etc.
- Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the cleaning team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain the highest cleanliness standards throughout the hotel.
- Ensure all facilities are kept in good working order, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed.
- Establish and manage housekeeping budgets, ensuring costs are kept at a reasonable level.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff and ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as front desk, maintenance, restaurant, etc., to ensure customer needs are met.

**Job requirements**:

- College diploma in Hospitality (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in housekeeping management in a hotel environment.
- Thorough knowledge of cleaning techniques, cleaning products, and hygiene and safety standards.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
- Flexibility to work on variable schedules.

**Salary**: The offered salary is $55,000 per year
