**Responsibilities and Duties**

**MRCM** is seeking Licensed Condominium Property Managers for portfolio. We currently have Portfolio positions available in Peel Region (Mississauga and Brampton). We are looking for high performers who excel on change and challenge. Experience in this industry is a must and this experience should include:

- Budget preparation
- Negotiating and monitoring building service contracts
- Overseeing building maintenance and repair by third party contractors

**We require**:

- 3 years’ experience in condominium property management
- General License or Limited License to manage condominiums
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Skilled in MS Office, Word & Excel
- Ability to resolve problems
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both oral and written
- Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to work under pressure managing tight deadlines
- Ability to develop and sustain a cooperative working relationship with Board members, contractors and the public.
- Able to partner with clients to meet client needs
