**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance to recipes and maintain quality standards.
- Prep menu items to keep line well stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements, contribute to washing dishes.
- Work efficiently in a fast paced environment to manage food preparation and serving timelines.
- Collaborate & communicate with the rest of the culinary team to ensure a smooth kitchen operation.

**Shifts**:

- Shifts vary, but we are currently looking for someone who is able to work until 9pm when necessary, weekends & holidays as needed.
- Currently a Canadian resident or is already permitted to work in Canada.
- One year of experience as a line cook or prep cook is an asset.
- Has passion for culinary wants to improve their skills and technique.
- A team player who thrives in a bustling environment.
- Keen attention to detail and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Open to feedback and adaptable.
- Communicative & receptive.
- Holds food safety certification or is willing to obtain.
- Looking for a long term, not temporary position.
- Enjoys collaborating with others.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
