**Catering Line Cook Contract**

September 10th to 14th, 2025 - Full availability require (Day/Night)

**Job Summary**:
The Line Cook (Catering Contract) is responsible for preparing and cooking food items for catered events, ensuring high-quality dishes are produced efficiently and safely. This position requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards for catered events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen environment.
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of catering stations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and event organizers.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous kitchen experience required
- Food Safe Level 1 Certification require

- Fast Food experience does not qualify.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 days

Pay: $20.00 per hour
