The goal of the Revenue Operations team is to drive efficiencies in process, systems, and people across the revenue organizations (Sales, Marketing, Channel, etc.). The
**Revenue Operations and Automation Manager** will report into the Director of Revenue Operations and will drive revenue velocity by managing our Sales and Marketing systems as well as driving forward a variety of improvements throughout the process.

This role is critical to BlueCat’s success. Administering our systems from end-to-end will allow our Sales and Marketing teams to move quickly and improve revenue velocity. Doing so will require working closely with various areas of the business including, but not limited to, Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services. This role will continue to strengthen and build out these relationships and processes from scratch and should be able to own a project from start to finish, with little structure or guidance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Continuously work to improve usability of our Salesforce instance for all revenue teams
- Provide strategic guidance to the Marketing teams around automation strategy
- Optimize Pardot for the Marketing teams
- Document processes for use in training and enablement
- Provide day-to-day SFDC support to the global sales team, including demonstrating sales processes and answering SFDC related questions
- Participate and drive cross-functional projects throughout the organizations
- Develop data infrastructure and other tools across the Sales and Marketing organizations
- Implement best practices with regards to data integrity, including performance database de-duping and cleanup procedures in addition to enforcing standards and procedures to ensure data quality

- Experience in Marketing Operations and Automation
- Excellent organizational, communication and listening skills
- Proven ability to self-manage projects and follow through to completion
- Proven ability to be successful in a complex, fast-paced environment, planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level
