Revenue Operations Analyst

The Revenue Operations team works as a global strategic task force across various organizations within Algolia, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. We’re looking for a Program Analyst on our Sales Productivity & Systems to join our high-visibility team. Do you have a knack for problem-solving? Are you a quick and tactical thinker? **YOUR ROLE MIGHT CONSIST OF**:
- Own our sales systems provisioning operations in close collaboration with our IT and SFDC teams
- Design, implement and maintain scalable functional and technical requirements in our sales systems (Outreach, Clari, Leandata, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator and Troops)
- Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and execute on projects to increase sales productivity
- Identify, evaluate and implement new tools or improvements to our existing systems
- Update Processes and Process documentation
- Project manage and execute ongoing initiatives that tie to process improvement and sales automation, working closely with our salesforce team and bridging the gap between business and technical requirements
- Define and track engagement metrics in sales systems to conduct ROI analysis on tech stack spent
- Closely collaborate with our enablement to document intended user flows towards improving our sales productivity
- Cultivate relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as SFDC Engineering, Enablement, Revenue and Marketing Operations teams towards improving sales productivity though user-flow documentation and process optimization across the lead-to-cash process.
**YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE**:
- 2-4 years of experience, preferably in an Operations role at a B2B SaaS company Bachelor degree required; Preference for applicants with Sales and project management backgrounds
- Ability to effectively prioritize, multitask, and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Extreme attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Effective working both independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
