**Your Role**

As a Business Development & Marketing Intern, you will:

- Research and identify potential clients across Ontario.
- Support content creation for digital marketing, including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Help maintain and update the company website (WordPress) and optimize for SEO.
- Track outreach activity, follow-ups, and campaign performance in a CRM system.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings with the team.
- Stay current on industry trends and opportunities within the staffing and recruitment sectors.

**What You Bring**
- Strong interest in marketing, business development, sales, HR, or staffing.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, WordPress, or Canva is a bonus.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Ontario residency preferred (to align with local market insights and client needs).
