**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re seeking experienced and dependable subcontractor painting crews who take pride in their work and operate with professionalism and integrity. You must be able to handle jobs ranging from small repaints to full-scale commercial projects.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience
- Registered business and GST number
- WCB coverage and liability insurance
- Your own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
- Ability to deliver clean, high-quality finishes (interior/exterior)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience working with low-VOC and high-performance coatings is a plus
