In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise and accurate line painting projects according to specifications provided by our clients. Your attention to detail, proficiency in using line painting equipment, and commitment to delivering exceptional results will be critical to your success in this position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare surfaces for line painting, including cleaning and priming as necessary.
- Measure and mark designated areas for line painting according to blueprints or client requirements.
- Operate line painting equipment, such as striping machines, sprayers, and stencils, with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure that all painted lines meet regulatory standards and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to coordinate workflow and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain painting equipment in good working condition and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in ground line painting or a related field.
- Own tools and vehicle
- Proficiency in using line painting equipment and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and project specifications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality in meeting project deadlines.
- Commitment to safety practices and regulations.
