**About the Role**
We are seeking a passionate and energetic **DC Coordinator** to join our team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our logistics and distribution processes. This position offers you the opportunity to dive into a variety of tasks, from coordinating inventory management to fostering exceptional customer relationships.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service Excellence**: Be the frontline in addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction through prompt resolutions.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Coordinate daily shipments, manage routing for deliveries, and liaise with delivery companies, ensuring smooth operations and stellar customer service.
- **Vigilant Reporting and Documentation**: Take charge of auditing, generating SQL reports, and maintaining accurate records to support our distribution centre's success.
- **Safety Champion**: Adhere to all safety protocols while actively contributing to a culture of safety within the team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- A proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent data entry skills - both fast and accurate.
- A strong dedication to customer satisfaction and a positive company image.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Flexibility with working hours and a commitment to improving knowledge and skills.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience.
- Experience in a Warehouse / Distribution Centre is an asset but not required - we provide comprehensive training
