**ALTERNATING Saturdays 9-4** We are looking for an **experienced* **Dental Receptionist to be part of our office to work in our office**.** Our busy dental practice is searching for a dedicated Dental Receptionist which can keep up with our busy office and tend to our patients needs when necessary. - **Responsibilities include**:_ - Answering the phone to help patients needs - Billing treatment and sending estimates - Collecting patient differences - Calling insurances for dental breakdowns and fully understanding patients insurance in order to schedule our patients accordingly - Doing Recalls - Going through COVID19 forms with patients and preparing them in advance for our office ...etc (to be discussed in interview) - **We are looking for**:_ - 1 Year **experience as a ----> Dental Receptionist** **< ------** - Successful completion of a dental reception program - Comprehensive understanding of dental terminology - Exceptional customer service skills - Strong knowledge the ABLEDent program **Multitasking is a must** Please forward us your resume if you feel this job fits well for you **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 7 per week Schedule: - Day shift **Experience**: - ABELDENT: 1 year (required) - Dental receptionist: 1 year (required) **Language**: - ENGLISH (required)
