Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating costs for construction projects, negotiating prices, and collaborating with various teams to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.

**Full Job Description**

**Position Title**: Estimator
**Employer**: AYEL Steel Inc.
**Type**: Full-Time
**Hours**: 50 hours per week
**Start Date**: ASAP

**The Opportunity**:
**Duties**:

- Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to obtain competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine materials, labor, and equipment needed.
- Prepare cost analysis reports and present estimates to management for review.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Construction estimating and pricing.
- Proficiency in using estimating relevant software.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing.
- Knowledge of Project management principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs.

Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
