**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for daily operating procedures such as client bookings, sales, inventory, customer service, billing, therapists requirements.
- Scheduling and shifts of the administrative staff
- Assigning and delegating the task to the staff as needed
- Delivering optimal patient experience regarding products and services offered
- Tracking expenses and revenues, bills, transactions, invoices, third party payment tracking, and deposits
- Maintaining the smooth flow of the clinic
- Facilitating acquiring of new clientele and maintaining loyal clienteles
- Sending letters and faxes to the other health care providers
- Coordinating with adjusters and insurance companies
- Strategies to improve the growth of the clinic
- Ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for the clients and staff
- Ability to meet the vision and mission of the clinic
- Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans for patients
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Monitor and document patient progress using Jane App
- Educate patients on at-home exercises and best practices for recovery
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment
- Communicate effectively with the physical therapy team regarding patient care
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant
- Help schedule appointments and coordinate care using Jane App
- Support the overall operation of the clinic by contributing to team goals

Skills/Qualifications

- Experience with customer service, marketing, and business development
- **Physiotherapy Office Experience: 1+ years (required)**:

- **Experience using Electronic Medical Records (JANE SOFTWARE)**:

- **Experience with WCB, MVA and Extended Health Care billing and booking procedures**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.88-$20.00 per hour
