The primary role of the Warehouse Associate is to ensure all products are received, stored, picked, and packed in the most efficient manner possible.

**Reports to**: Branch Manager

**Position Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Cycle count inventory according to established guidelines
- Clean and tidy the warehouse to maintain a safe working environment
- Load and unload inventory, stock and supplies as required
- Slot incoming inventory into specified bin locations, and areas
- Pick orders by utilizing pick tickets with item, description, quantity, and location
- Pack and mark orders to support the on-time delivery schedule set out by shipping/receiving
- Ensure the safe handling of all products by identifying any associated hazards
- Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment as required (i.e. steel toe boots)
- Work closely and collaborate with other departments to meet and exceed the Company and Customer’s goals
- Perform work tasks in a safe manner and in accordance with Company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned, including deliveries

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Good interpersonal skills
- Results-orientated
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Warehouse experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

**Working Conditions**:

- Interacts with employees, various management levels and the public at large
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Repetitive work
- Environment can be noisy at times
