We’re on the hunt for a **Pit Lead**who’s ready to take charge and help deliver an unforgettable guest experience. SPEEDERS Chinook is a fast-paced, fun-focused entertainment venue, and we need a natural leader who thrives in team settings, keeps things running smoothly, and uplifts those around them.

**Job Role**:
As **Pit Lead**, your main focus will be supporting your team and ensuring smooth, safe, and positive operations. You will:

- Oversee daily Pit Crews operations with exceptional service
- Lead by example to motivate and support the team
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the department(s)
- Be the go-to liaison between management/supervisors and Pit Crew team members
- Assist with training, onboarding, and mentoring new hires
- Proactively handle mild operational issues
- Promote guest satisfaction through professionalism and attention to detail
