**Job Description**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Coordinate the implementation of multiple research and evaluation processes in youth Sport For Development with a high degree of quality and efficiency.
- Work effectively alongside administrators, coordinators, community partners, and corporate partners to organize streamlined processes related to program outputs and outcomes.
- Prepare data visualizations of all relevant data, including participant, process, and program outcome data.
- Manage a multifaceted data collection and analysis schedule in adherence with timelines.
- Train internal and partner staff in data collection procedures as needed while monitoring for uniform data collection compliance and data quality.
- Act as data custodian for physical and electronic data in adherence to privacy policy and ethical standards.
- Assist with planning, staff training, and utilization of a proprietary digital youth engagement platform that supports data collection objectives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- You have experience conducting and evaluating research.
- You have the knowledge to conduct or support research and evaluate data. You enjoy supporting staff in creating insight from data and turning results into actionable plans. You can navigate the research world, including publication and grants, research ethics, guidelines, and regulations.

You create and use data visualization to communicate findings effectively.
- You are familiar with Sport For Development programming and research.
- You speak a second language.
