**Position Details**:
What You Will Do
- Develop and oversee new member acquisition plans to achieve annual budgeted Membership growth goals whilst managing cost per acquisition, and other KPI targets.
- Lead, mentor and manage a high-performing acquisition team
- Develop direct marketing strategies including digital campaigns, direct mail, in-store, OBTM and alternate acquisition channels.
- Develop and manage marketing budget and oversee expenses and revenue allocations to support strategies and programs.
- Identify new targeting opportunities and proactively provide marketing insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with external partners (eg: data, media) to ensure response model is effective and to identify opportunities to increase response rates.
- Work collaboratively with both internal and external partners to make sure acquisition goals are met.
- Connect with counterparts at CAA Clubs across Canada to share applicable insights and learnings or partner on select initiative
Who You Are
- College diploma or university degree, with focus on business, strategy, marketing
- 7+ years of relevant marketing experience in developing and executing go-to-market plans and multi-channel marketing campaigns related to acquisition marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, manage, delegate, and deliver multiple demands
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and foster collaborative and constructive internal and external relationships
- Demonstrated ability to provide fresh perspective and take creative approaches to problem solving
- You are experienced in driving acquisitions through online and offline direct marketing initiatives as well as leveraging mass media opportunities
- Experienced working with partners to optimize response models
