Data Entry Clerk/administrator

A1 Plumbing & Mechanical | A Rescue Rooter has an opening for an experienced and self-driven Data Entry Clerk / Administrator to join our team.
Primary responsibilities include booking appointments via telephone, coordinating staff, acceptance of credit card payments, entry into **Sage 50 **accounting software, as well as accounts receivable entry and collections.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Provide above average customer service to customers, team & suppliers
- Handle a multi-line phone system; answering, screening, transferring of calls
- Maintain scheduling calendar and coordinate all related activities
- Understand and maintain accounts receivable (invoices, collections, etc)
**Required**:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Proficient computer skills in MS Excel and MS Word
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Exceptional interpersonal, organization and communication skills
- Superior time management skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner
- **Experience with the plumbing industry is an asset**_
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
