**Overview**
WCFSA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Aides to provide high-quality care to clients in various care settings in Rocky Mountain House, Clearwater County and Eckville. In addition to an hourly rate, compensation includes paid kilometers, travel time, shift differential, group benefits, paid vacation and sick time, a road-side assistance program, and much more

We offer a part-time, flexible job opportunity for certified Health Care Aides who are eager to gain experience in the homecare delivery model and have a genuine passion for making a positive impact in clients' lives.

**Duties**
- Assist clients with personal care, such as: bathing, dressing, exercises, mobility assistance, respite, wound care, etc.
- Provide medication administration through the Medication Assistance Program.
- Document client observations and report any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with Homecare Case Managers and the broader healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.

**Experience**
- Prior experience in homecare or assisted living is preferred
- Experience working with seniors and their individual needs is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills to work compassionately with clients and their families

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.59 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 25 per week
