The Entry-Level Inbound Customer Service Representative's Day to Day
- Answering the customer care calls for any customers who may be looking for a refund and general information.
- Transferring or reassigning tickets to appropriate departments for issues with specific needs
- Work with the team to achieve specific call center goals in our pursuit to provide world-class customer care.
The Entry-Level Inbound Customer Service Representative Requirements
- Dynamic and able to work in a team setting as well as independently.
- Excellent English Skills (verbally and written).
- Strong typing and grammar skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer tools.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Punctual with a sense of responsibility.
Training:
- Brand and Product training as well as Soft skills and system navigation

Pay: $15.75 per hour
