A growing company located in Port Credit is looking for self-starters with an eye for details.

Assisting the Operations Director and the team in daily ops management. Performing administrative tasks. Tasks will vary according to the business operations with a typical focus on the financial, inventory, shipping/receiving, customer service related to operations. Cooperating with different departments.

**Job tasks**:

- Log samples that arrive at StavebankSend any samples received to TD weekly (communicate with TD team when samples sent)
- Record keeping between our US and CAN orders
- Provide tracking information
- Data management with internal spreadsheets
- Manage inventory (Bi-weekly) at the Office
- Special Request fulfillment
- Receive/manage/schedule deliveries or shipment of inventory
- Manage returns and restock inventory
- Generally manage office space (mail, cleaning/organizing, organize stock etc.)
- Contact couriers to resolve any issues that arise (i.e., customs clearance, address correction, missing package etc.)
- Responding to TSC vendornet comments
- Supply management
- Cleaning as needed
- Ad hoc tasks as needed

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
