**What we look for**:

- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), Ontario Human Rights Code and other applicable legislation.
- An administrative wizard who has a pretty good grasp of database management and an eye for details.
- Familiarity with leasing/rental documents and lease negotiation principles.
- Strong researching, legal documentation and file management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Able to be proactive with good problem solving skills, judgment and innovation. If you have a crystal ball, that helps too.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with an enthusiasm for working with the public. You'll be servicing some pretty awesome tenants and those tenants will need someone just as awesome.
- Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills while remaining detail oriented.
- Diplomacy, but firm in response to assertive behavior (think cool as a cucumber).
- Understanding of commercial property management or real estate is an asset.
- Working knowledge of Yardi is an asset.
- Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years post-secondary education or 3 years equivalent workplace experience in customer service and administration.
- Licensed Paralegal designation is an strong asset.
