**Dishwasher (Full-time or Part-Time)**

**An Overview of Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the various food preparation facilities in a clean, neat and to the Toronto Public Health compliant way. Is also responsible for the set up and dismantling of buffets, removal of waste products and handling of chemicals.
- Constant reorganizing of equipment, plates, small wares in storage
- Cleans pots, dishes and kitchen equipment as required
- Restock washed and dried items in proper location
- Monitors dishwashing machines to ensure proper performance and chemical levels
- Participates in routine cleaning and maintenance as necessary to satisfy the requirements of the Toronto Public Health Office.
- Ensures that the kitchen is maintained in a clean and hygienic state at all times
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors and walk-in coolers twice daily
- Washes walls and storage facilities
- Other duties as assigned by Chef, Sous Chef or cook

**Requirements**:

- 2 years’ experience performing similar duties is required
- Ability to adhere to Public and the Club’s Health and Safety Standards
- Ability to do strenuous physical labour
- Must be WHIMIS trained or willing to train
- Must be available for all shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays

All staff will be provided with the necessary PPE including reusable face masks, hand sanitizer and equipment disinfectants. In addition, signage has been posted throughout the Clubhouse and hand sanitizer has been provided at all entry points.
