**Job Statement**

We are seeking to fill an opening for Demo and Sample Coordinator. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, self-directed individual with event coordination or rental product coordination experience to maintain and manage all our product movement for tradeshows, customer demos and events.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the incoming and out-going sample and demo inventory
- Coordinate tradeshows, customer demos and events by working in conjunction with the Brand Management, Marketing and Sales teams
- Prepare paperwork, contract terms and manage delivery dates of demo and sample products
- Prepare equipment to be sent for demos and samples
- Provide great customer service and product information to all inquiries (i.e. stock availability, customer follow-ups)
- Follow up with representatives and customers regarding equipment returns
- Work with brand management to obtain the optimal product mix
- Work with brand management and sales, to help liquidate demo and sample products
- Ensure products are well maintained (including cleaning gear, complete testing, basic repairs - preventative maintenance, and managing product needing service repairs, etc.)
- Assist with retrieving, loading and unloading of products and equipment (must be able to lift up to 50 lb.)
- Perform pre-delivery inspections and post-rental inspections on products to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform inventory counts
- Perform various tasks within the service department (receiving returns, etc.)

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of products used in the Sound, Lighting and Musical Instruments industries
- Experience within a rental environment
- 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Computer literate
- Detail oriented
- Bilingualism (verbal & written)
- The Demo and Sample Coordinator will need to communicate and write clearly in both French and English since the individual will be dealing with internal and external customers within Quebec as well as other provinces across Canada
- Autonomous
- Experience as a forklift operator would be an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and JD Edwards would be an asset
- Knowledge of Flex Rental Solutions would be an asset
- Team player
