Portfolio Condominium Property Manager

The Property Manager will work under the direction of the Senior Vice President and/or Senior Manager to oversee the administrative and maintenance operations of their assigned portfolio. He or she is responsible to meet all of the contractual obligations as well as achieving or exceeding the company's and client's key performance indicator targets.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage properties finances by reviewing the financial statements, preparing the budgets, collecting payments, monitoring operation costs, paying invoices in a timely manner.
- Handle requests or complaints by owners and residents.
- Prepare and ensure that all properties documents are up to date: lease agreements, work orders, purchase order etc.
- Oversee all work provided by contractors or service providers and sign off upon completion.
- Conduct building and grounds inspections then assign deficiencies to administrator, superintendent, or contractor for completion.
- Prepare and attend monthly board meetings with clients including periodic updates.
- File Pre-Liens & Liens with the Corporate Solicitor as required.
- Respond and troubleshoot after-hours emergencies.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 5+ experience in residential property management.
- Minimum Limited License, preferably general license.
- Proficiency in Yardi, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Effective customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of the legislations, regulations, and CMSA.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection, Mechanical, and Electrical aspects.
- Time-management, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
