**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

Podium is seeking a **General Labourer**to join our construction team. In this role, you'll provide essential support to our on-site team as we build new projects where Podium acts as the Construction Manager.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Loading and unloading construction materials.
- Physically move materials within the site.
- Site cleanup.
- Cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming and collecting construction waste.
- Assist machine operators (signaling).
- Direct traffic on site and onto/off of site.
- Accepting deliveries.
- Tend sump pumps, compressors or generators.
- Minor earthworks, digging, compacting, levelling earth.
- Hoist operation
