Roger’s Motors is seeking a dedicated and flexible General Labourer to assist with property maintenance, upkeep, and general tasks across multiple locations. This role will be essential in supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and our services run smoothly. We are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and willing to tackle a wide variety of tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Property Maintenance**: Perform routine and general maintenance tasks, including lawn care, cleaning, painting, minor repairs, and upkeep to ensure our properties are presentable and safe.
- **Shuttling & Transportation**: Transport vehicles and customers as required, ensuring they arrive safely and on time.
- **Deliveries & Errands**: Handle deliveries and pickups as necessary for supplies, parts, or other company needs.
- **Support with Events & Set-Up**: Assist with setting up, organizing, and cleaning up during special events or community initiatives.
- **Additional Duties**: Be prepared to undertake various tasks as they arise, supporting different departments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Valid Driver’s License**:

- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and working outdoors in different weather conditions.
- **Punctuality & Dependability**: Strong attendance and reliability are a must in this role.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to take on new challenges and help wherever needed.
- **Professionalism**: Courteous demeanor, especially when interacting with customers.
