Nat's Bread Company is a small business in FOOD_BEVERAGE_SERVICES in Ottawa, ON. We are supportive, creative, and customer-centric, and our goal is to foster a safe and comfortable environment for our employees while producing high quality product for our clients and customers.
This job opening is to work nightd, from 10 pm - 6 am. Applicants must be available to work evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Nat's Bread Company Bread Baker Responsibilities:
- Scale dry ingredients
- Mix a wide variety of dough styles
- Bake proofed bread
- Shape a wide variety of breads and bread styles
- Assist in packaging bread for delivery
- Communicate with bakery manager about changes to bread production amounts in a timely fashion
Work Experience/Education:
- 1-2 years in the hospitality/restaurant industry preferred
- Baking and Pastry Arts diploma preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
