We are currently looking for a Line Maintenance Personnel Coordinator to join us in making vacation dreams come true. The Line Maintenance Personnel Coordinator will coordinate to oversee administrative and support functions for the Line Maintenance group, primarily the Bargaining Unit members group in YYZ and the non-BU members in YVR. The role would be to better support a team +70 employees with regards to accurate record keeping, timekeeping, administration of various CBA related programs, vacation/training planning/scheduling, and being a liaison focal with Payroll and P&C. As well as to support the Management team with the day-to-day personnel operations and affairs of the department.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Post-secondary education (College Diploma or University Degree)
- Background in aviation studies, labour relations, and office administration
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PP, Teams)
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently
- An eye for detail and highly organized
- Analyzing and reviewing correlated data
