**What You’ll Need**:

- **Monday-Friday availability** (occasional flexibility appreciated)
- A **reliable vehicle** capable of transporting ladders and tools
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to **spray paint professionally** OR a strong interest in learning how to spray
- Experience with interior and/or exterior painting is a bonus

**What You’ll Do**:

- Prep, paint, and finish residential and commercial spaces
- Operate sprayers, brushes, rollers, and other equipment with confidence (or learn to)
- Work independently or with a team depending on the size of the project
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Represent our brand with pride—professional, respectful, and friendly service
