We are seeking a highly organized and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer collaborations and campaigns. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers across various platforms, ensuring they align with our brand’s goals and values. You will also oversee the execution of influencer marketing strategies, campaign performance, and ROI.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contracts, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand messaging and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing detailed reports on engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and the latest in influencer marketing best practices.
- Work on product gifting strategies and manage influencer content creation calendars.
- Collaborate on paid partnerships, sponsorships, and ambassador programs.
- Manage budgets and financials related to influencer contracts and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in influencer marketing or a related field, ideally within the fashion or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.
- Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Aspire, Upfluence, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
