Guelph, Canada Royal City Foot Clinic Full time

We are seeking one part-time clinical assistant to join our busy clinic in Guelph.

Availability Required:
Mondays either between 9am-5pm OR 10am-6pm
Other shifts as needed (vacation time, sick days, etc).

Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Cleaning and set up of the treatment rooms, sterilization of instruments, and maintaining Podiatric equipment
- Facilitating clinic work flow by bringing patients to rooms and communicating with practitioners and other staff members
- Assisting with therapeutic treatments
- Assisting with the proper set up of rooms for routine and surgical procedures
- Maintaining and updating patient records, scanning documents into patient files
- Ordering supplies and receiving incoming shipments
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining practitioner schedules
- Greeting and signing in patients when they enter the clinic
- Managing billing to patients and their insurance companies
- Other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to perform a wide variety of duties

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.20 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
