After celebrating its 30th Anniversary and reaching over 1,000 members, Rental Housing Saskatchewan (RHSK) is recruiting for its next CEO, who will lead the organization into its next phase of growth and success.

**About RHSK**

We are the voice and leader of Saskatchewan's rental housing industry, representing over 1,000 rental housing providers who provide safe, high-quality rental homes to the people of Saskatchewan. We provide training, education, advocacy, and support to help our members become better rental housing providers and are fierce advocates for our members and the rental housing industry as a whole.

**The Opportunity**

As CEO, you will be responsible for the overall management of the organization, championing our vision and mission and being the voice of our industry. You are an entrepreneurial and strategic leader who will be the chief spokesperson of RHSK and lead the development and delivery of member-focused programs and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Strategy**: Lead RHSK by developing and executing a forward-thinking strategic plan to drive member acquisition, retention, and organizational objectives.
- **Financial Oversight**: Ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability, set revenue goals, and manage annual budgets to support departmental priorities.
- **Operations Management**: Oversee daily operations, mitigate risks, and execute a clear operating plan aligned with RHSK’s strategic vision.
- **Human Resources**: Lead HR planning, performance management, recruitment, and development, fostering a culture of growth and change management.
- **Board Relations & Governance**: Collaborate with the Board to ensure alignment with strategic goals, provide timely reports, and uphold governance best practices.
- **Stakeholder & Government Relations**: Advocate for industry support, build key partnerships, and represent RHSK to governmental bodies, enhancing the association’s profile.
- **Member Engagement**: Drive member engagement and retention through education programs, resource development, and innovative services tailored to member needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree complemented with 3-5 years of progressive, executive-level experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You have experience doing in-person or virtual media interviews and can articulate key messages under pressure.
- Experience in sales, marketing, and the ability to build relationships with members, politicians, and officials will be key to your success.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills that will lead to innovative and impactful solutions for the industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities to support the staff and Board.
- Excellent financial acumen and business judgment to successfully manage the organization.
