Bartender/mixologist

**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Craft and serve classic cocktails, Italian aperitifs, and signature creations.
- Provide engaging and professional bar service, ensuring each guest receives a memorable experience.
- Maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and stock levels.
- Collaborate with the culinary and management team on cocktail pairings and seasonal menu development.
- Uphold all service standards, health, and safety regulations.
- Support wine and beverage service when needed.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years bartending experience (fine dining or upscale cocktail bar preferred).
- Strong mixology knowledge, with creativity in cocktail development.
- Familiarity with Italian spirits, aperitifs, and cocktail culture (Negroni, Garibaldi, etc.) is an asset.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
- Smart Serve (or equivalent) certification required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
