Master Mixologist

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend drinks that suit their tastes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system; process payments efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders during busy service periods.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in bartending or mixology is preferred; knowledge of cocktail recipes is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments effectively.
- Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is a plus; food handling certification is desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
