Cavendish Farms is looking for a **SEASONAL**Potato Harvest Laborers to join the Farm Team **for a period of around 3 weeks, 10-12 hours per day.**Expected start date is Mid September. The exact start date and period of work will be dependent on weather and business needs.

**Work location**:432 Hardy Rd, Timber River, NB, E4M 2L2
**Bonus**:a bonus of up to $2.5 per hour is available upon completion of the season. It is based on performance, attendance, and safety.
- Assist with the grading of potatoes during the harvest season.
- Sort and classify potatoes based on size and quality.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Safety and Quality focused.
- Physically fit to stand for extended period of time.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work in close proximity to moving harvest equipment.
- Farm experience is an asset.
- Able to lift 50lbs regularly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Availability to work extended hours, evenings and weekends. The schedule can be up to 14 hours per day, working Saturdays and Sundays.
