- 80% of your time will be devoted to developing and leading a network of experts as well as supporting the different teams in the evolution of our lean manufacturing model and our culture of continuous improvement. Here is an overview:- Coordinate a
- **network of continuous improvement** experts in our plants located in Canada and the United States.- Lead the deployment and evolution of the** Lean Manufacturing System** (structure of daily meetings, facilitation of workshops and development of dashboards, among others).- Support our leaders and teams to increase the
- **degree of maturity of the different pillars of our Lean model** (Lean leadership, Reliability management, Autonomous equipment management, Organization and development, Quality and Continuous improvement)-
- Coordinate the
- **maturity assessment activities **of our lean model in our factories (calendar, resources, training & results)-
- Contribute to the
- ** knowledge transfer** of best practices within our group.-
- Promote
- ** connectivity/collaboration** between our plants and maximize
- **synergies and integration **within Cascades' business units.- 20% of your time will be devoted to the deployment of special projects:- Collaborate on
- **operational projects and initiatives** to improve our processes and the performance of our operations.-
- Participate in our
- **sites action plan **achievement by providing support for
- **operational excellence** and improving the
- ** quality of our products and services.**
- To achieve this, you will inevitably have to:- Seek to develop yourself within various environments (multi-site, multi-function, multi-groups )-
- Be able to travel frequently-
- Be constantly in solution mode and therefore have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills-
- Be able to harmonize processes and therefore have a great sense of planning and organization-
- Be passionate about interpersonal relationships-

- Possess more than 5 years of experience in the field of continuous improvement and quality in a manufacturing environment.-
- Fluency in English and French.-
- Experience in managing and coaching teams (an asset)-
