Blossom by deploying your expertise within the team of Pascal Boucher, General Manager, of our Containerboard Packaging Division.
- Please note that this position requires weekly travel to our Vaudreuil and Drummondville plants*

**Your responsabilities**:

- Take charge of the continuous improvement program and quality control activities;
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the quality system and certain certifications, including BRCGS;
- Ensure the management of non-conformities and the implementation of corrective actions;
- Act as technical expert for quality standards and act as resource person for audits;
- Supervise major unit tests;
- Contribute to the resolution of technical problems;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in units

- 1 to 3 years' experience in continuous improvement and quality in a manufacturing environment;
- Lean certification is an asset;
- Knowledge of BRCGS standards, an asset;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrate leadership, be a facilitator and an excellent communicator;
- Structured, organized and a team player.
- Fluency in French and English, to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, the English-speaking provinces and the United States.
